Humanities

Students in grades 3 & 4 undertake a camp to Ballarat that focuses on the history and geography of Victoria.

Grade 5 & 6 students study a variety of countries in Humanities. Students are actively engaged in learning the culture, geographic locations, historical events and factual information about other countries. Students use mediums such as newspapers, internet, books, encyclopaedias, atlases and photos to research selected topics. Students also look at their geographical location in relation to countries such as Australia.
